What You’ll Do
As a Senior Clinical Research Analyst, you will:
Conduct Medicare Coverage Analyses for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with CMS rules and billing requirements
Interpret clinical trial documents (protocols, ICFs, schedules of events) and translate them into clear coverage and billing guidance
Develop and support the creation, review, and negotiation of clinical trial budgets
Complete study calendar builds in client CTMS
Participate in client meetings and ensure high quality service delivery and client experience.
Partner with fellow analysts and client research sites to understand client needs and exceed expectations
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in science, economics, or a related analytical field
Minimum of 5 years of recent experience with Medicare Coverage Analysis for clinical trials
Recent experience completing OnCore calendar builds preferred
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with complex information
A track record of producing accurate, high-quality work and meeting deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating with multiple stakeholders
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

What You’ll Do
Review and analyze critical trial protocols, identifying all critical activities
Review and interpret relevant payor guidelines
Identify and document billing requirements in accordance with guidelines
Develop and negotiate budgets for clinical research trials
Collaborate with clinical trial sites to ensure budget meets client needs
Apply company standards and expertise to negotiate favorable budgets
Prepare coverage analysis and budget documents as deliverables for clients
Work closely with other analysts to manage clients and work queues and meet established quality standards and turnaround times
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in science, economics, or a related analytical field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in the clinical research industry. Experience reading and interpreting clinical trial protocols required. Previous experience working with Medicare coverage analysis preferred, but not required.
Ability to understand complex policies and regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex financial information clearly.

What You'll Do
As our Marketing Strategist, you will:
• Build and own our marketing plan, deciding where a small budget can make the biggest difference.
• Manage a monthly marketing calendar covering content, email campaigns, webinars, and tradeshows.
• Plan and launch webinars, from choosing topics and lining up speakers to promotion and follow-up.
• Set content themes and work with our subject matter experts to turn their expertise into useful, client-focused content.
• Guide and give feedback to our Marketing Intern, who handles hands-on execution.
• Track results in HubSpot and share what's working (and what isn't) with company leadership.What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
• At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including ownership of marketing strategy and planning. Experience in clinical research or a related field preferred, but not required.
• A track record of planning and running content, email, and webinar programs.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
• Strong writing and editing skills, plus the ability to give clear direction to others.
• The ability to work independently and remotely on a flexible, part-time schedule.What You'll Be a Part Of
Elevate is a small, growing company, and this role is a chance to build our marketing function rather than inherit one. We're looking for someone who wants to be invested in where we're headed, not just check off tasks.

• Room to grow: this role starts at roughly 10 to 20 hours per month, and we expect it to expand as we grow.

What You'll Do
As our Marketing Intern, you will:
• Write first drafts of blog posts, articles, and social content that our experts review and finalize.
• Build and send email campaigns in HubSpot and help keep our contact lists organized.
• Design graphics for our website, emails, social media, and tradeshow materials.
• Research key prospects and put together short summaries that help our sales team prepare.
• Help promote webinars and keep deliverables on track against our marketing calendar.What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
• Current enrollment in (or recent graduation from) a Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related program.
• Solid writing skills and the ability to write for a professional audience.
• Comfort with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage your own deadlines while working remotely.
• Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn.
• Preferred: Experience with HubSpot or another email marketing platform.What You'll Be a Part Of
